Nye County School District Transitions to Digital Report Cards for Enhanced Accessibility and Convenience
Nye County School District (NCSD) is excited to announce a transition to digital report cards, which will provide parents and guardians with faster and more convenient access to their student's academic progress. Starting with the first quarter of the 24/25 school year, report cards will be available exclusively through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
“This shift to digital report cards reflects our commitment to utilizing technology to enhance communication and streamline processes for our families,” said Dr. Gent, Superintendent of NCSD. “The Infinite Campus Parent Portal provides a secure and user-friendly platform for parents to stay informed about their child's academic performance and attendance.”
Key Benefits of Digital Report Cards:
Instant Access: Parents and guardians can view their student’s report card as soon as it is available, eliminating delays associated with traditional paper distribution.
Each school will send out an announcement through email & text when the report cards for their school are viewable in the portal.
Environmental Friendliness: Reduces paper usage, which reduces cost.
Secure and Convenient: Grades are accessible anytime, anywhere through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal, ensuring privacy and ease of access.
NCSD encourages all parents and guardians to familiarize themselves with the Infinite Campus Parent Portal and ensure they have their login credentials readily available. For assistance accessing the portal or requesting a paper report card, please contact your student’s school.
